ANIMA CHRISTI
Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O Good Jesus, hear me.
Within your wounds hide me.
Permit me not to be separated from you.
From the wicked foe, defend me.
At the hour of my death, call me
and bid me come to you
That with your saints I may praise you
For ever and ever. Amen.
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO ALL THE FATHERS IN OUR PARISH!
FATHER’S PRAYER: Lord God, you have willed that I establish a family. Let me realize and accept the meaning and responsibilities of a true Christian family. Please, stand by me so that I can lead my family properly according to your Divine will and set a good example for them. Grant my loved ones health and happiness, faith and love, and a true spiritual life. Give them that peace that the world cannot offer. Allow us to become a happy and blessed community under your protection. May we endure with love and fidelity everything that Your providence brings, sharing together in each other’s joys and sorrows. Give me strength so that when my loved ones become discouraged and bitterly disappointed, I can provide them with comfort, refuge, and support. May the Holy Family of Nazareth be our role model! Jesus, Mary, Joseph, lead, help, protect us! Amen.
