FROM THE DESK OF FR. BONA: The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Edward C. Malesic as our next bishop. He will be installed as the 12th bishop of Cleveland on Monday September 14, the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, in a Mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist beginning at 2:00 p.m. All are encouraged to watch a livestream of the Mass online at dioceseofcleveland.org as this event is ticketed and seating is severely limited due to the current public health crisis. The Mass and installation can also be viewed live on EWTN and heard live and online at AM 1260 – The Rock – Cleveland Catholic Radio, and AM 1060 Living Bread Radio. * Let us also pray for the archbishop of Gyulafehervár (Transylvania) who was infected with coronavirus.
