LENT BEGINS THIS WEDNESDAY, WITH ASH WEDNESDAY, <\/strong>a day of strict fast (3 meals but only one full meal for all Catholics between the age of 14 to 60) , and abstinence from meat.\u00a0 As a symbol of penance, ashes will be distributed on both Wednesday and the following Sunday after the Mass.\u00a0 Please note that Mass is at 4PM on Ash Wednesday at St. Elizabeth, and at 6:PM at St. Emeric. DURING LENT, STATIONS OF THE CROSS will be said every Sunday at 9:00 AM before Mass.\u00a0 Please try to attend and participate in this beautiful Lenten devotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
